Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and describes how VEZOO (the “Operator”) processes and protects personal data.

1.2. This Policy applies to all information the Operator may receive about visitors (“Users”) of https://vezoo.ru (the “Site”).

1.3. By using the Site, the User accepts this Policy and the conditions of personal-data processing described here. If the User does not agree, the User should stop using the Site.

2. Key terms

2.1. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2.2. Operator means VEZOO, which independently or jointly with others organizes and/or performs personal-data processing.

2.3. Personal-data processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automated means.

2.4. User means any visitor to the Site.

3. Purposes and legal basis

3.1. The Operator processes personal data for:

  • Handling User requests: replying to messages sent through the Site’s contact form.
  • Improving the Site: collecting and analyzing anonymized statistics through Yandex Metrica to improve functionality and content.
  • Operating the Site: ensuring correct technical functioning of the Site.

3.2. The legal basis for processing is the User’s consent to personal-data processing.

4. Categories of processed data

4.1. The Operator may process:

  • Data supplied knowingly by the User through the contact form:
    • email address;
    • information contained in the message.
  • Data collected automatically while using the Site:
    • IP address;
    • cookie information;
    • browser or other client information;
    • access time and requested page address.

The data listed above may be collected and processed in anonymized form by Yandex Metrica.

5. Processing conditions

5.1. Personal data may be processed using automated means and without them.

5.2. Data is processed for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Contact-form data is retained until communication concerning the User’s request is completed.

5.3. The Operator does not disclose Users’ personal data to third parties except where required by Russian law or for the purposes described above. The Operator uses Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC. Its terms are available at https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/ and Yandex’s privacy policy at https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/.

5.4. Cross-border transfer is not performed because the servers used to store and process data are located in the Russian Federation.

6. Cookies

6.1. Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device to retain information specific to the User or device.

6.2. The Site may use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for security, basic functions and correct operation of the Site.
  • Analytics cookies: used by Yandex Metrica to collect anonymized information about Site usage and improve the service.

6.3. Users can manage or delete cookies through browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

7. User rights

7.1. The User may:

  • obtain information about processing of personal data;
  • request correction, blocking or deletion of personal data;
  • withdraw consent to personal-data processing.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Operator may update this Policy without separate notice. A new version becomes effective when published on the Site unless it states otherwise.

8.2. Matters not covered by this Policy are governed by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
