This translation is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Russian-language version published on VEZOO prevails.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between VEZOO (the “Administration”) and an individual user (the “User”) in connection with the use of https://vezoo.ru (the “Site”).

1. General provisions

1.1. The Site is an information service that allows Users to build routes.

1.2. By starting to use the Site, the User accepts these Terms in full, without reservations or exceptions.

1.3. A User who does not agree with any provision of these Terms must not use the Site.

1.4. The Administration may change these Terms at any time without individual notice. The new version becomes effective when published on the Site.

2. Rights and obligations

2.1. The User agrees to:

  • use the Site only for purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable Russian law;
  • refrain from actions that may disrupt normal operation of the Site;
  • review the current version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2.2. The Administration agrees to:

  • make reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational.

2.3. The Administration may:

  • change the Site’s design, content and functionality;
  • restrict access for a User who violates these Terms.

3. Disclaimer

3.1. The Site and its functions are provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee that the Site will meet every User purpose or expectation.

3.2. Route information is provided for informational and reference purposes only. The Administration does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability.

3.3. The User uses routes and other information obtained through the Site at the User’s own risk.

3.4. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

4. Personal data

4.1. By using the Site and in particular by sending a message through the contact form, the User consents to the processing of personal data.

4.2. Collection, storage, use and protection of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

5. Disputes

5.1. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.

5.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to a court in accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Final provisions

6.1. These Terms constitute the agreement between the Administration and the User regarding use of the Site.
